Advantages: strong power, high stability, simple operation, only need to control the oil circuit switch.

Disadvantages: increased routing system and hydraulic cylinder, relatively high cost; There is a risk of personnel misoperating the oil switch.

Mechanical quick hitch: by rotating the mechanical screw to adjust the distance of the moving block, so as to realize the disassembly and installation of the working parts of the excavator.

Advantages: simple structure, low cost.

Disadvantages: due to long time, high strength reciprocating movement, easy to cause mechanical screw loosening, thread damage; The working environment is bad, it is more laborious to disassemble and install the rotating thread; With the passage of time, mechanical is doomed to obsolescence.

3.Structure of quick fit:

2. Adopt hydraulic control check valve safety device to ensure safety.

3. The excavator configuration can be replaced without modification or removal of pins, so that it can be quickly installed and the working efficiency is greatly improved.

4. There is no need to manually smash the bucket pin between the hydraulic hammer and the bucket. Just open the switch and the hydraulic crusher and the bucket can be exchanged within 10s, saving time and effort, simple and convenient.
