The double-cylinder hydraulic shear is throughly made of high-strength wear-resistant plate. It has high strength, light weight and large opening. The high-pressure large-diameter oil cylinder installed piston cylinder sheath, which provides large force while avoiding damage to the piston rod. The synchronous device for two scissor plates helps to realize synchronous opening and closing at the same time.
The whole hydraulic shear can be hydraulically rotated 360 degrees to improve the working capacity. The rotary motor is American Eaton and special speed-up valve design can increase the working speed.
The blade is made of high-toughness and high-strength steel, which can cut iron easily. The blade is designed to be replaceable, and the shearing blade can be easily replaced on the construction working place. It can be used on four sides and give full play to the use value of the blade. And it penetrates complex structures with huge shearing force, and H and I-shaped steel structures can also be sheared and dismantled.
